Return Process

  Place the items in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals or accessories to ensure the sensitive electronic components are protected during transit.

  Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the parts, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days.
